My family and I have used McClelland Financial Group for years. Every employee I have encountered, on the administrative side or the financial side, has been professional, friendly, accommodating and patient. I really appreciate how the financial advisors are excellent about meeting you where you are with your financial knowledge and interest - if you want in-depth explanations and discussions, and close control over your investments, the knowledgeable advisors are available. But if you just want an excellent professional to handle things and not overly burden you with the details, they're happy to do that too! They're also really great about realizing that life happens, and they're super accommodating and helpful if you need to reschedule appointments or make off-schedule changes to your financials due to changes in circumstances. They make the whole experience easy.
